This week is a momentous one for SHCV as it marks our soft launch - a very exciting time. I work part time in a local brick-and-mortar clinic which is too busy to attend any house calls, so I was asked to go and see a poorly dog in the afternoon. I can't say I was completely ready for it, as I hadn't brought my 'Mary Poppins' bag of equipment or printed out any client registration forms but I didn't want to let anybody down so off I went. I had borrowed what I thought I'd require from my current job, but of course it turned out that the one piece of equipment I hadn't got was the one I needed! So back I went today, at no extra charge of course. I did imagine this would be a steep learning curve when I set out!
